Project Concept

The ETCRH plans to buy Water Cay island. In the first phase we plan to build 70 front beach villas, which will be near the beach and in a row side by side. Each built villa would be on land ranging from 1400 to 2000 m2. Usable area for one villa would be about 350 m2, ground floor and one floor. Part of the house was a swimming pool and double garage. The first 70 villas should consist of about 5 - 7 different variants villas. Other phases of construction are in preparation.

Water Cay Private Island

Water Cay is just a ten minute boat ride from Leeward Channel Marina, which is 15 minute car ride from Provo International Airport. Water Cay's frontage can be regarded as an extension of the main island's premier beach on the northeastern point of Leeward, with the added exclusivity of a private island lifestyle.
